The Midwest Association of Housing Cooperatives (MAHC) is a nonprofit organization that represents and supports housing cooperatives in the Midwest region of the United States. We are dedicated to promoting the cooperative housing model and providing resources and support to our member cooperatives.

 

Our membership is made up of more than 200 housing cooperatives in the Midwest, including both residential and non-residential cooperatives. We offer a range of services and benefits to our members, including educational programs, networking opportunities, and advocacy on behalf of the cooperative housing movement.
